Shipping

Estimated shipping delivery times:

Most orders will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. If your order contains multiple items, please note that some items may arrive in separate deliveries, from different senders. We use production partners for some items (like the home goods products).

 

Original paintings will always ship direct. For custom or commissioned works, the average time to complete creation is 14 days or less, unless otherwise communicated. (Thank you for supporting original artists!)

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

​

Order never arrived:

If your order hasn't arrived...

  1. Please check delivery estimate. If it is within the estimate window, please allow 5-7 days extra as sometimes shipper delays occur, and these are beyond our control.

  2. Please double check you entered the correct shipping address. If address was incorrect, we'll be happy to resend; however, the cost responsibility is yours. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information entered. 

  3. If address was correct, it is beyond 5-7 days of delivery window (or order shows "delivered"), contact info@cyndiharvell with your order number, and we will find a solution.

Returns policy:

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. Once a return is requested, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of contact, unless otherwise stated. 

​

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is damage due to the shipper or a defectiveness of product due to our production partners. 

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

*No returns are available for digital products.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (except in the case of damages and defective products due to shipper or production partner).

If you are returning an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without shipping confirmations.

Damaged items:

We'll never knowingly send out a defective or damaged item! Please note that items may ship from our home base *or* one of our production partners.
